Our Client is an international holding with the headquarter in Singapore. They developed several industrial projects in Nigeria in the field of Renewable Energy, Agro-Industry and Industrial Parks. They have mandate Smart International Consulting to recruit a Landscape Architect / Designer with a minimum 2-8 years of experience to join our team on the Eco Industrial Park project.

Ideal candidate MUST possess the following abilities:

  • Production of AutoCAD drawings
  • Preparation of preliminary cost estimates
  • Production of digital graphic presentation materials
  • Skilled in code research
  • Production in hand drawn concepts and illustration
  • Knowledge of landscape construction processes
  • Proficient in producing construction documents

Knowledge of the following technologies are a PLUS

  • Net Zero Energy Building/Home
  • 3D Printing for Architecture
  • Eco Industrial Park
  • Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality

 

Deadline: 31 May 2017

Work location: Nigeria with some travels to our other project sites in the Southeast Asia.
